FIAT

Fiat short for Fiat Automobile S.p.A. is an italian car manufactorer that is part of the Fiat automobile group. It was founded on July 11, 1899 by Giovanni Agneli in Turin, Italy. Its headquarters located in the latter.

The company is the biggest car manufactorer in Italy and exports and builds cars everywhere in the whole world. The fiat group is made of five parts; auotmobile, machines, industry vehicles, production systems, and other things like publishing. Thirty percent of the company belongs to the Italian investment comnpany Istituto Finanziario Industriale.

The FIAT Group Automobiles S.p.A. is the group under which Fiat, Lancia, Alfa Romeo, Maserati, and Ferrari fit under. Some mentionable other companies that are owned by Fiat are Iveco (biggest manufactorer of diesel engines, and second biggest truck manufactorer in Europe), and CNH (second biggest tractor company).

The company was originally founded by 8 people, including Giovanni Agnelli, grandfather of of the same name. In the first year of Fiats existance, cars started being exported to France, England, and USA. From the beginning until the seventies, everything was going uphill for FIAT, but then it started going downhill. First slowly, and then increasingly faster. By now though, Fiat has the best economical time it ever had.

I dont like FIAT, as it is the biggest competitor of Volkswagen in Brazil, where until recently, it was the slaes leader. I dont like cheap italian cars, because they dont measure up to cheap japanese or Korean cars, as the production costs are greater. Fiat is not very reliable either and will often break or have some kind of difficulties. The car marque Fiat is not very impressive, but the truck division is and I like that. Fiat cars are useless, and i dont like any of its models.
